These terms apply to the Vondr iPhone app, made by Web-ly. By using Vondr you agree to them. Where you purchased Vondr Pro through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply.
Drive safely
Vondr is a passenger-seat and track-day companion, not a distraction. Never interact with the app while driving — set it up before you set off, and let a passenger handle it on the move. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you drive, including rules about mobile phone use in vehicles.
Readings are informational
Gauge values depend on your car's sensors and your OBD-II adapter, and can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Vondr is not a diagnostic, safety or emissions-compliance tool, and readings should not be relied on for vehicle maintenance decisions.
Subscriptions
Vondr Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial, billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings.
Fair use and liability
Vondr is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web-ly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including damage to vehicles or adapters. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
