Vondr can't find my adapter
Check the adapter is pushed fully into the OBD-II port and the ignition is on. Bluetooth adapters must be Bluetooth LE (4.0+) — "Android-only" Bluetooth 3.0 adapters won't work with iPhone. If you have a Wi-Fi adapter, join its network (usually named WiFi_OBDII or similar) in the iPhone's Wi-Fi settings first, then try again.
The adapter connects, but the car doesn't respond
Make sure the ignition is on — engine running is best. Some cars power the OBD port down a few minutes after the ignition turns off.
A gauge shows "not available on this vehicle"
Not every car reports every sensor over standard OBD-II. Vondr greys out values your car doesn't broadcast rather than showing a fake zero.
Which adapters do you recommend?
The vGate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) is the most reliable choice for iPhone. The Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ also works well, as do most Wi-Fi ELM327 adapters.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Vondr Pro. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current billing period.
